The RBAZ is our high-end product for precise and efficient pipe manufacturing. It combines the highest accuracy with high speed and adapts perfectly to modern pipe productions with the highest requirements. Whether manual loading and unloading or the fully automated integration into a pipe manufacturing line – the RBAZ offers maximum flexibility.
Thanks to the modern PLC control, not only can programs be stored, but also seamless communication interfaces with other systems can be established. A continuously variable drive and a continuously variable sheet tension ensure optimal adaptation to different materials. The intuitive touchscreen control allows easy operation for setup and automatic operation. The large program memory accommodates up to 200 programs with 40 bending steps each, while password protection for data, parameters, and service provides additional security.
The upper roller is made of high-strength material and can be hardened and ground upon request. The lower roller is made of special high-strength polyurethane to ensure optimal bending results.
