It uses four rollers, controlled by a PLC, resulting in high repeat accuracy which simplifies subsequent work on a longitudinal seam welding machine and provides an industrial standard. The standard motorized sheet thickness adjustment and the pneumatically operated folding bearing on the top roller allow for integration into a fully automated production line. Steplessly adjustable motors provide feed and position the bending rollers. Programming is done via touchscreen.
