This is how your training with us proceeds

  • You receive basic training in vocational school and with us
  • You receive additional inter-company training
  • You pass through all relevant production departments
  • You can actively participate in real projects
  • You process metals using machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding
  • You learn to join metals through various welding processes
  • You can assemble individual components or complete systems
  • Your training normally lasts 3.5 years
  • If you perform well, you can shorten your training to 3 years
