Functionality

The push rod manure removal operates with a hydraulic drive that moves a push rod back and forth to remove manure from the stable. The entire process runs automatically, ensuring continuous cleaning.

A hydraulic unit sets the push rod in motion, generating the necessary force for manure transport.

The push rod moves forward within a pressure box, pushing the manure through a channel into a collection pit or conveyor system.

Upon reaching the endpoint, the push rod returns to its starting position as new manure accumulates in the channel.

The system automatically repeats this process at set intervals or can be manually controlled.
