Cleanliness under the slatted floor – With the underfloor scraper

Our underfloor scraper is the ideal solution for a clean and hygienic stable environment. By saving space with its installation below the slatted floor, it efficiently removes manure and prevents the formation of unhygienic deposits. The fully automatic system significantly reduces labor effort and ensures continuous cleaning without manual intervention.

What is an underfloor scraper?

An underfloor scraper is a mechanical device for automated manure removal in stables with slatted floors. It moves under the slats and transports manure through a special conveyor system to the disposal point. This keeps the channels beneath the slats clean, reduces bacterial growth, and sustainably improves stable hygiene.

Functionality

Our underfloor scraper is specifically designed to efficiently remove manure from beneath the slatted floor. The system operates with a mechanically controlled scraper that transports the manure to a defined disposal point at set intervals. The manure is either directly dropped into a manure pit or further processed through a high lift and stacked on a manure pile. Alternatively, the system can transfer the manure to a transport cart, allowing for flexible disposal. Additionally, the underfloor scraper can be used as a cross conveyor system to ensure even more comprehensive stable cleaning.

Advantages of the underfloor scraper from Prinzing

Robust construction

The underfloor scraper is made of high-quality galvanized steel, providing high resistance to corrosion and wear. This ensures a long service life and minimizes maintenance effort.

Flexibility

The scraper is applicable in different channel widths and stable types, adapting individually to the structural conditions. Thus, it is suitable for a wide range of agricultural operations.

Easy integration

The underfloor scraper can be easily integrated into existing manure removal systems and can be used as an addition to an above-ground system or as a standalone cross conveyor system.
