Functionality

The Swing Flap Shovel consists of a robust metal construction with movable clearing plates and side wings that efficiently remove manure and dirt from aisles and barn floors. It is guided along the aisles, pushing the accumulated manure into designated drop areas.

The construction allows for use on various surfaces such as concrete, cast asphalt, rubber flooring, and precast concrete slabs. During the return stroke, the clearing plates automatically open, allowing the shovel to return to the starting position without resistance. Due to their flexible design, they adapt to different floor conditions, ensuring thorough cleaning without much manual effort.
