Prinzing Scraper: The Solution for Clean Barns

Our scraper is the solution for mechanical manure clearance in barns with floor-fixed walkways. Especially in cattle and pig farming, the scraper proves to be a simple yet extremely effective clearance system – ideal for standard walkways with clear requirements.

Prinzing Scraper: Tailored for Everyday Barn Work

What makes the Prinzing scraper so special is its thoughtful design in every detail. We do not deliver a generic series solution but a precisely tailored tool adjusted to your barn structure, cleaning concept, and daily requirements. Every scraper is manufactured to the millimeter, is easy to control, and almost wear-free in operation. The galvanized steel construction withstands any strain, whether in the young cattle area, in old facilities, or in intensive continuous operation. Thus, a manure clearance solution is created that works cleanly over the long term. And this day by day, year after year.

Functionality of the Scraper

The scraper moves linearly along the walkway. It consistently pushes the manure towards the drop chute. At the end of the aisle, the blade slightly lifts, which reduces resistance during the return and ensures no manure is brought back. The movement is mechanical but can be integrated into existing control systems, such as via a cable pull system or centralized barn control.

Thanks to its robust construction, the scraper reliably performs its duty even under high load and without elaborate maintenance. Just mount, operate, clean.

Scraper: Clear Technology for Clean Walkways

The scraper is a mechanically operated manure blade specifically developed for floor-fixed walkways in cattle and pig farming. Its principle is straightforward: the steel blade pushes manure and dirt in a uniform movement towards the drop chute.

Especially in barns with standardized aisle widths, the scraper offers a robust and reliable solution that functions daily. The mechanical design avoids disruptions, reduces maintenance to a minimum, and ensures a stable, continuous cleaning process free from downtime.
