The RBAZ is our high-end product in the field of pipe manufacturing.
Accuracy and speed, these features combine in the RBAZ,
making it particularly suitable for the production of thin-walled
pipes with high tolerance requirements. Whether manual loading and unloading or full automatic integration into a pipe manufacturing line – the RBAZ is versatile.
Thanks to the modern PLC control, not only can programs be stored, but seamless communication interfaces to other machines can also be established. Stepless drives ensure feed and advance to optimally adjust to each product. The intuitive touchscreen operation allows for easy control for both setup and automatic operation. The large program memory can hold up to 200 programs with 40 bending steps each, while password protection for data, parameters, and service provides additional security.
The upper roll is made of high-strength material and can be hardened and ground on request. The lower roll is made of special polyurethane to ensure optimal bending results. To produce different product dimensions precisely and with high repeatability, shells are used. Depending on the application, these shells can be made of stainless steel or plastic.
