Manual Three-Roller Bending Machine RM

Our manual three-roller bending machines of the RM series are designed for precise and reliable bending tasks in sheet metal processing. They are made of a solid steel construction, ensuring stability and durability. We offer various model sizes that allow the bending of sheets with different thicknesses and usable lengths. The top roller can be swiveled out, so that the finished workpiece can be easily removed, while the lower roller is adjustable to the respective sheet thickness. The bending roller is infinitely adjustable to enable precise adaptation to the material. The position indicator of the rear roller ensures exact and repeatable operation, making our machines suitable for both single-piece and small-batch productions.

Special Accessories

  • Grooving in the top roller: Allows bending of grooves for a joint connection.
  • Wire insert grooves: Allows the rolling in of wire reinforcements for special applications.
  • Special rollers: Available in hardened, tempered, ground, or rubberized versions for different material requirements. Rollers with special contours are available on request.
  • Side stop for conical rounding: Supports the bending of conical workpieces.

Motorized Three-Roller Bending Machine RME

Our motorized three-roller bending machines (RME) offer a versatile solution for various applications. With different roller diameters and adjustable usable lengths, different end products can be realized. The machines are equipped with a single-stage motor operated by a dual foot switch for forward and reverse movement.

For efficient handling, the top roller is equipped with a quick-release for swiveling out, while the sheet can be quickly and easily clamped over the lower roller. The rear roller is infinitely adjustable and has a position indicator. A stable base frame ensures safe standing. From a usable length of 1030 mm, the rollers are crowned to achieve optimal bending results.
