Our compact and portable flanging machine is ideal for workshops and small production operations. It enables precise reshaping of sheet edges and ensures high repeatability with an adjustable, hardened stop plate. We offer this model in both manual and motorized versions. While the manual version is suitable for flexible applications, the motorized variant offers stepless drive with forward and reverse operation to efficiently process various sheet thicknesses.

Motorized SME 50/P - 125/P

This powerful motorized flanging machine is designed for professional use in craft and industry. The parallel adjustment of the top roller is done manually via a handwheel, achieving uniform flanging results. Depending on the model, we offer this machine with control via a modern touchscreen. With various roller distances from 50 mm to 125 mm, this machine is suitable for a wide range of applications and material thicknesses.

Motorized SME 160 - 200

For industrial applications, we offer this robust flanging machine with a welded steel construction, ensuring maximum stability and durability. The top roller is motorized and adjusted in parallel to enable precise and uniform flanging operations. Control is via a dual foot switch, allowing forward and reverse operation, giving the operator full control over the process. The hardened, ground, and roller-bearing working shafts ensure long life and consistently high quality – even in series production.

Vertical
