Round bending machine RBA
The round bending machine RBA is the flexible and highly precise way to bend round pipes and other shapes using NC control. It uses four rollers, which are controlled by a PLC. The resulting high repetition accuracy simplifies subsequent work on a longitudinal seam welding machine and enables an industrial standard. The standard motorized sheet thickness adjustment and the pneumatically actuated bearing cap on the upper roller allow for integration into a fully automated production line. Continuously adjustable motors provide feed as well as positioning of the bending rollers. The programming is done via a touchscreen.

The two-roller round bending machine RBAZ is a highly precise way to bend round pipes using NC control. It uses two rollers, which are controlled by a PLC. The lower roller is coated with high-strength polyurethane. A high roundness accuracy characterizes the RBAZ. The high repetition accuracy simplifies subsequent work on a longitudinal seam welding machine and allows for an industrial standard. The standard motorized sheet thickness adjustment and the pneumatically actuated bearing cap on the upper roller allow for integration into a fully automated production line. Continuously adjustable motors provide feed as well as positioning of the rollers. The programming is done via a touchscreen.

The round bending machines RBA 12 – 14 offer a modern and user-friendly way to bend round pipes and other shapes using CNC control. It uses four rollers, which are controlled by a PLC. The installed servomotors enable a high quantity with consistently high quality of the end product. The programming is done via a touchscreen. Input bending values are calculated with correction factors, allowing for autonomous program calculation. The programmed contour is visualized on the display. The standard motorized sheet thickness adjustment and the pneumatically actuated folding bearing on the upper roller facilitate integration into a fully automated production line.
