The International Engineering Fair MSV, organized by Veletrhy Brno, as, is considered the most important industrial trade fair in Central Europe and takes place annually at the Brno Exhibition Center in Brno. MSV stands for “Mezinárodní Strojírenský Veletrh”, which means “International Engineering Fair” in Czech.
MSV covers all relevant areas of mechanical and electrical engineering, with a special focus on machining and forming. The core themes of the trade fair are Industry 4.0 and the Digital Factory, representing digitalization in production, a key trend in the innovation process. Another central theme is the circular economy and the management of material resources, which are of great importance for sustainable development and the future direction of industry and trade.
Exhibitors will present a wide range of products and services, including materials and components for industrial machinery, electronics, automation and measurement technology, sensors, measuring devices and robotics for automation. In addition, the trade fair offers a supporting program that includes conferences, seminars and workshops on current technical, commercial and economic topics. The sectors represented at the trade fair are diverse and range from mining and metallurgy to energy technology and heavy-current electrical engineering to ecological technology and research and development.
