The beading and flanging machines are used for the professional working in the industry. The machines are out of a sturdy welded steel structure and placed on a sub frame. The drive of the upper roll happens by a double foot switch for left-handed and right-handed motion. Parallel and motor driven infeed of the upper roll. The hardened stop plate respectively the screw on plate improves the repeatability of repeating workpieces. The hardened and grinded output shafts are mounted on a anti-friction bearing.
