You need the guidance rails to guide the scraper during the cleaning process and for the drainage of the dung on the walkway. They are made out of high-quality steel and add with a corrosion protection. Guidance rails are available in different designs. They will be adapted on the different scraper type. For an easy assembling there are metal butt straps on the guideance rail.

The cleaning flap is out of stainless steel and is on the bottom side of the central block of the scraper.

By the combination with cross fall on the walkway, more fluid will be in the tread chanel. Thereby you can reduce the emissions.
